If you are not satisfied with Flex Software purchased directly from Developgenix , contact us within 07 days of your purchase to receive a refund. Refunds requested more than 07 days after your initial purchase date will not be issued unless the transaction was subject to a fraudulent purchase. If you are issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement within 05 to 07 working days. Upon receiving your refund you must uninstall and stop using any software products for which you no longer posses a valid, purchased license. Lacewing Technologies reserves the right to disable any product keys and/or serial numbers issued to you for the refunded products.If your software was purchased through a 3rd party, it must be returned to the 3rd party and is subject to the return policies of that vendor.
